Sorry

Wow Cinealma! Thanks for all the compliments. I haven't posted in your thread yet, but I'm glad the Fig Rig came in handy for you. Looks like you put it to good use. It also seems like you either used the power outage to your advantage or you managed to edit around it pretty well.

As for the storage facility/garage scene, it was originally much longer. In fact the first cut of the film was 13 minutes and dragged a bit. We cut a lot out, including an opening shot at the storage facility of Robin closing his storage garage so as to imply that he was storing something there, then he gets shot as he's leaving. It was actually a pretty cool shot that I really liked, but didn't contribute to the story so it end up on the cutting room floor. The whole thing ended up a little scattered, but we liked it better that way as these are glimpses of his memory as he flashes through the various moments.

Glad you enjoyed it!

my younger sister flipped when i told here that the "invisible man" was in this film. i think she is vincent's biggest fan, she has almost every episode taped on vhs. she even helped me make my spyfest entry, but i have a feeling sorry would be getting her vote if she was registered on here.
Chris, Thats great. Are you sure we don't have time to get her registered, have her make 100 posts and get her vote in by Saturday?

I'm all for it, if we can.

John and Eric thanks so much for the feedback and compliments.

Eric - I'm jealous you guys got to see him perform in Stairway to Paradise. I am planning on making it to New York this fall, for THE RITZ. Kevin's getting billing above the title with Rosie Perez. I think that is awsome.

I'll tell him you guys liked his performance.

Hey Joe, I think the Herminator is a little delusional. What do you think?

JOE BLO said:
Absolutely! But his money is as good as anyones.

INT. Office - Day

Herminator is at his desk, reading the latest post on DVXuser's "Sorry" thread. There is a gleam of excitement in his eyes as he realizes other users on the thread (namely JOE BLO and flmmkr) are specifically referring to him. The gleam slowly starts to fade as it becomes clear that these comments regarding him are made in jest.

HERMINATOR
"Ha Ha! You guys are so funny!! Oh my goodness!"

Herminator feigns laughter as tears begin to well in his once happy eyes. The tears slowly begin to fall as his sadness is now turning into rage. We cut to...

INT. LIVING ROOM - NIGHT

Herminator is sitting on his couch watching baseball, still visibly seething with anger. His speech is incoherant, but it sounds as if he's mumbling "haha... delusional... hahaha", mixed in with other various obscenities. Even without coherent speech, however, we can tell he is slowly plotting his revenge- waiting to meet JOE BLO and flmmkr at the next poker showdown.

haha wow, even that lil writing is quite good. I need to learn to write better. jeez

It is, isn't it? So Herminator, what do you think? You know what I'm talking about, right?

Hmmmm. I can't believe I haven't commented on this movie yet. You guys did an excellent job. I love the fact that you used some talented actors. The biggest probelm with so many of the entries that failed was that quality of the acting. That will definitely kill a move as quickly as anything. Yours was in my top three...good job.

Golden! Let's shoot it!
OK, but who gets to play Herminator?

Blaine,

Thanks for the compliments. I agree, if you have talented actors to start with, it makes Directing so much easier. John Hermann made my job a breeze.

How was that John? Did it make up for all the cheap shots I've been giving you?
