Sorry

Thoroughly enjoyed this! Very slick (I mean that in a good way -- as in polished). Great editing; tremendous job of exposition sans dialogue. And of course, I have to give kudos to Aram for the fX... Really well done overall.

(And ironic that it follows the day after last night's Sopranos episode -- you should send a copy to David Chase...)

The one line really pays off. The lack of dialogue up until then builds the one word into a really funny punchline. Question, was there a reason "corrupt" was misspelled?

Yeah, the company that did the computer screen inserts screwed up. They did it for free and when we contacted them to fix the problems (both have issues) they ignored us. We're going to have someone redo those two graphics effects for the version we give the cast and crew and enter to other festivals.

Thanks for the compliments... everyone! It means a lot!

We know. Unfortunately, the company that helped us with two Computer effects, did it at the last minute and we had to take what we got. We also have some floating Icons on the other Computer image that we didn't want there. We are going to try to find someone else to help us fix this for the future.

Aram? What's up? You available?

Wow. Even though I worked on the VFX I hadn't seen the whole thing yet. The editing and pacing in this was so perfect. The music was perfect and the actors did an excellent job, especially the hit man. Wow he did a great job with his facial expressions. This rocks hard guys. The beginning editing was great and i loved the way you slowed it down for his look around the place before he left. That hit man scared me too. Great work!

Thanks Aram. You did a great job. I'm glad you like the film. And thanks for helping us out with the Computer effects in advance.

Thanks Aram! You did a great job with the effects and I look forward to working with you some more.

That's one of the great things about DVXuser and these fests... we all find ways to work together on these films and we live up to thousands or even tens or thousands of miles away from each other. It's just fantastic to be a part of this community!

Thanks guys. I am having fun with this since I quit my job a few weeks back and now freelance 100%. I have met some great people off these boards directly and now the last few weeks indirectly, I hooked up with a DVXuser in a random Craigslist gig I applied for and now working with him on a feature with other gigs coming down the line. Now that I think about it, if the DVX100 didn't come out I don't think I would have tried film making at all and stuck to 3D and graphics. This camera actually changed my life for sho'. Heh, sounds weird but true. People like Justin Durban and Herman Witkam who dedicate crazy time to other peoples projects just blow my mind but I'm beginning to understand the drive. I don't think I can pump out work like they can but the feeling that you helped is great.

You definitely have the right attitude Aram and it was a pleasure to have you as a part of the film. I only wish I could quit my job and do this full time myself... maybe sometime soon tho.

Come on Mike!! Quit the job and pull the unemployed gig with me! Just think of how many films could be made with all of our free time!

But then how will I pay for the production of the movies and all the new equipment? Man, I need to win the lottery... that would take care of it right there....

Fantastic movie....everyone has already mentioned the misspelling. And you got some awesome actors....actually some of my favorite actors that I wished did more stuff kind of actors. Ventresca, Chamberlain West and Burke are all fantastic actors! Good job with telling a great story.

Man there's alot of great films this time, and yours is no exception! I really liked it. Funny too.
