FS7: Sony XQD Cards warning

I just bought 2 new 120GB Sony XQD G series cards for my FS7. I keep getting the warning unsupported media message even though I have installed the lasted 4.2 firmware and formatted/updated the cards. The cards 120GB cards are 8GB less than the old ones, cost more, do not include a reader and give you a disturbing message while using them. How do I get rid of the warning message...does it ever go away?

Sorry also maybe a dumb question.. have you formatted the cards in the camera .. the camera is in some way set to anything other that " normal " frame rates .. clutching at straws but maybe.. otherwise take camera and cards to you dealer ?
 
Oddly I got that warning the other day with my cmera and cards that I bought with it - theose cards have been perfect for 4 years or however old the camera is.

I had just downloaded onto my imac. The next morning the error was gone!
 
OK checked the version on am on. It turns out I am still on 4.2 even though I had downloaded and thought I had upgraded to 4.31. I will do the upgrade again and see if the message goes away.

OK, My error...I did not upgrade the firmware correctly so I was back on 4.2. Upgraded successfully to 4.31 and now warnings are history.
