Sony Video Walkman deck with Panasonic tapes??

Here's one.

Is there any compatability issue with using a "Video Walkman" (like the Sony GV-D900E, or GV-D300E) as a portable deck?

Is the panasonic miniDV tape compatible in the Sony machine? TIA.

Including that you're on the wrong forum board if you're looking for answers to DVX questions. This is the board for the HVX200, which is probably why your question is being passed over.

Congrats on your purchase and hopefully someone will move your question to the DVX board.

I don't see why it wouldn't work.
