Sony Venice is not a full frame camera, unless you pay extra

I feel that for Sony to name their camera the Sony Venice Full Frame camera the full frame part should be part of the base camera set up, like they did with the FX9 and every other company does with their full frame offerings. I would suggest then the base price could be 48k instead of 44k, but even better if they meet us half way at 46k. I understand that to get anamorphic and high speed I would need to purchase additional licenses, but the full frame part should be included in the base package if you are going to call it a full frame camera. That's all.

Ok. This has to be said. The Sony Venice price is false advertising! Sony, what are you doing?!? You are telling me the Sony Venice is a full frame camera, for $44,000. But if I pay that, all I have is a Super35 camera?? I have to pay another $4,000 to make it full frame? Now, I understand if I want anamorphic, high speed, something that is not part of the basic description of the camera, I can expect to pay more, come-on, but not for full frame! You don't even try to pull that trick with your own FX9. I'm even going to use the "c" word here, the Canon C500II does not charge extra for full frame, why should I have to pay extra for what even you yourself call this camera "VENICE-Next-generation motion picture camera system with forward-thinking full-frame sensor, phenomenal color science and user-friendly operation" Will Ferrari sell me a car for 200k that only goes to 60mph and then ask for another 10k if i want to go past 60? NO. I am putting my foot down, Sony. I have owned pretty much every professional camera you ever made: BVV-5, BVV-50, D600, F3, F5, F55, not to mention almost every A7 and the smaller crop sensor A cameras. Show me some respect! Include the full frame on the basic $44,000 camera price, and don't even dare to call it a license. Respect your customers!
That sucks!

Also, Sony advertises the potential of swapping out sensors, so not only is there a whole sensor one might feel obligated to buy in the near future, the current one requires a license to go ff35?! I guess some will see it as getting the s35 for less, rather than ff35 for more, but still, they should work on they’re wording, as you say. That is bad.
