sony sxs card Integrity checker

Hi, as we now know a sony 16gb sxs card let me down. I had to push sony real hard to tell them that its all there kit so they are to blame.

Is there a sony sxs card intergrty checker so in occasions I can check my cards integrity out in a test rather than a official shoot?

Did you ever find anything to do this?
I am looking for a test program to rigerously test a piece of flash media to detect corrupt cells.

I am not interested in marking them as corrupt and continueing to use it, I want to find out it is faulty and therefore replace it.

I just bought a few Kingston 32GB 133x CF cards for an expecting nanoFlash and shot a wedding with on in my Nikon D3 yesterday. 1300 odd images in the card fails and reports as unformatted. RecoveryFix recovered all the images exluding the 2 corrupt ones but I would like to find a comprehensive way to test first.

I'm talking a full write/read test like you test RAM etc

Any ideas?
