Is there any way to reach an actual person at Sony, for tech support? Are there any living reps available?

I've been sending emails to various Sony tech supports but am getting no response.

Same here. Nothing. I got an automated email and that's about it.
Sent many emails.

In the current times, support/availability may be a bit different than usual but Sony usually has fantastic support, FWIW.

There are different levels (like with most companies) and you eventually could even be connected with an engineer if your issue is serious enough or there is an anomaly a new camera release exhibits (like in my situation with one when one year they seemed really interested in how some artifacts occurred in the image).
