Sony, san jose - broke my ex1 :-(

I once had a problem similiar to thiswith b&h on a return of a very pricey item that was in the return time policy and they tried to deduct 15% for an item they swore was missing out of the box, and for less than there standard cosmeticly. I made a check list before sending back so I know either it had to be neglegence on their part or someone just didn't want to issue me a full refund.

To say all that, I was relentless to the point I got results. I was only hit with a 3% charge instead of the 15%.

Upon my second attemt after to return another item over $2000, I was prepared this time and video taped each item extensively as I placed them into the packaging box, and did not turn off my little hv20 until the item was safe in the hands of those shipping it. Needless to say they tried it again but this time I was more than prepared and warned them that I had proof that all items were packaged and in good cosmetic shape.

Let this be a lesson learned for all of us and by video taping items we ship to people we will cover our own selves in the long run.
