My beloved F3 is up for sale. I love this camera, it's terribly underrated, and rivals some of the most cinematic cameras out there. Reason for selling is I no longer do video for a living, have a kid on the way, and just need to downsize my gear a bit.
This package has the original Sony 444 upgrade (not the free addon, the original has more features) and, as it sits, can shoot 1080p 422HQ Prores up to 60fps. Yes, a lot of people are unaware of this capability, but it's there, I've used it a ton. Of course, you can also shoot 23.98 fps and 30 422HQ Prores, and flavors of DNxHD.
With this setup, you only need to worry about charging 1 battery, since the Swit S-BU93 batteries have DTAP out which powers the Blackmagic Video assist. They last about 2.5 hours of run and gun time, or about 2 hours of continuous recording time.

- Sony F3 body in great shape with 1372H of use. 444 original factory upgrade.
- Original Sony stereo mic.
- Original PL mount
- Canon EF mount, as pictured
- 3 Swit S-BU93 Batteries ($225 a piece new) and original Sony charger

- Cables to hook up SDI and power to the video assist.

- Additional evf mount that mounts on cheese plate in order to handle this rig on the shoulder mount
- Additional top handle swivel mount (as pictured) for Video assist, for more run and gun or tripod operations.
- Pelican 1510 hard case with custom foam cutouts, and top zipper setup.
I expect to lose a ton of money on this, but I hope it goes to a good place that gets a lot of use. This cam shoots the prettiest interviews, it handles skin tones better than fs7 and any of the mirrorless Sony cameras.
