You might be able to use it, but it probably will not give the same results. After all, they are two different cameras.

I don't even know anyone that owns n NX5 yet.

If I was you I would try some of the EX1/3 PPs and start a new thread with the results. It would be interesting to know if they were compatible. I know that when I wanted to adapt my favorite XH-A1 settings to the EX1 (I know different camera, different company) only about three quarters of the adjustable parameters were the same, they used different scales, and some were entirely missing.
