F3: Sony NJ Service Center

Have my F3 there for a month now - they haven't touched it - is there a secret number to call or email? Thanks everyone.

Whats fhe problem with the camera? Have you called and they tell you they have not looked at it? Did you purchase the camera from a dealer or used? I ask because if you purchased from a reseller/dealer sgoukd be able to work on your behalf as well.
 
yes I've called them and emailed them many times. I bought it used on ebay. I will try again today.
 
Worst repairs ever. They had one of my cameras for 2 months and it was nearly impossible to talk to anyone at the actual service center. All phone calls get routed to the Philippines, where you talk to somebody named "Fred" or "Steve" and they have zero answers for you. They refuse to give you direct contact to the service facility in Teaneck. I forgot how but I eventually got somebodies direct number in Teaneck and finally got my issues squared away.
 
they got back to me today and I went there and they are great people - but yes email seems to be the best way to reach them. But a very nice technician helped me.
