Sony NEX goes Full Frame

I feel like there are way more to come from Sony. For the first time, I truly believe that they are working hard and doing everything to make some kind of revolution in the digital cinema world.

Whao.... Now this would be HUGE, especially if they made it a true Video / Photo hybrid with a few Cinegamma style profiles that are avoid the over-saturated, contrasty stock Sony look.

It would be the perfect companion to the FS700: full frame, smaller and more stealth. I think it would be a HUGE seller if Sony did it right. Also, the Metabones would hopefully work with it.

Love the idea, there were plenty of compact 135 cameras back in the film days - it'd be fantastic to take advantage of mirrorless design to create an even more compact full-frame camera.

He gave it a rating of "5" so this is most likely true ...

But not sure when that is coming. Can't be this Photokina?

Drivel ...there is no any "Full Frame" in cinema, most cameras use Super-35 format.. if we looking to 24X36mm sensor size - that's is close to IMAX format .. very few cinema-lenses will cover it... Only Zeiis Compact Primes, but NO any zoom so far... I don't see any reason to go into Full Frame direction... what for? To get HUGE, heavy and very expensive lenses for it??
I see more than enough resolution and fine details in my FS-700 images... will be better to get Sony external recorder and 12bit, 4K RAW from FS-700 as soon as possible...

IMHO :)
