Sony LCD in DVX100 :-)

[Guest]

Hi everyone,
After taking apart a DVX100 to replace the LCD panel, we found out today that Panasonic uses a Sony LCD!
Thought it was pretty funny. The Sony logo was on the LCD panel. Not sure if anyone knew this?!
Not an important post, but a sign of the times I suppose.

Isn't the sony optics on the pd150 and vx2000 made by cannon?

Re: Sony LCD in DVX100

that's pretty ironic, considering the LCD that Sony puts on their own pd150/170 is a tiny little piece of crap!
