Sony ILCE7RM2/B a7R II

The release date for this camera (Sony ILCE7RM2/B a7R II ) is August 30. I wonder how it will compare to the other 4k - Samsung NX1, Sony Alpha a7S even though it is price much higher than either of those two cameras?
