This camera is in mint condition with very low usage. (only 50 hrs on the drum, pic attached)
I bought this rig for a documentary that never happened. I have taken it out for the occasional stock footage shoot but have never used it professionally. I am very torn about selling this camera as I LOVE IT! What a machine! It is the camera of my dreams and with the MRC1, it is a joy to work with.
(This camera has 5 stars out of 100 reviews on B&H, which is pretty outstanding.)
Im parting with my Z5U to get something more sutible for long term trecking.
This comes with the optional HVR-MRC1 Memory compact flash recording unit. It clips on the back and
can record at the same time as the tape or by it self. It also becomes a separate battery powered unit that plugs into your computer for download. (see pics)
Im selling my whole kit together.(no I won't separate)
What's included: Z5U camera, MRC-1 + accesories. Two Batteries and the pro rapid charger unit. The stock shotgun mic plus a much higher quality Rode shotgun mic.
Two lens filters, All cables, cords, remote, etc that came with these units.
A particularly sweet Petrol camera bag w/ wheels and a Petrol all weather camera cover.(never used)
My price is $3700.
You pay for Insured Fedex shipping, signiture required.
A note on fraud: I have read the stickies and its pretty grim. Although Im not active on this board, I have been a member since 2007. (Lurking)
I would love to find someone in the Bay area to do a face to face deal or use an escrow company.
If your interested, email me at brucedrummer@gmail.com I can give you my phone number to discuss it as well as references to my legitimacy.
Cheers
