Sony HDCAM-EX to Digibeta transfer in Atlanta?

I have a few questions.

1. Does anyone here have or know someone in Atlanta who has ability to transfer to Digibeta from Hard drive? (Paid of course)

2. Does anyone who uses FCP know the best settings to convert something from 24p EX1 piece to SD 60i for conversion to Digibeta.

Hi

Not in atlanta but we do that here in Pittsburgh for 80 per hour + the digibeta dub cost. (depends on length)

Also when we play out via sdi the extra frames are added automatically by finalcut for a legal 525 SDI 29.97
