I want to upgrade my FS100. It is fine cam for most of my work, but I really miss slomo and NDs! And little bit 4K, but currently it is not a big deal. For lowlight I also have a7s. FS5 looks like perfect solution, but it is not so cheap in my country (wish we have US prices). So, I am thinking about buying used FS700 (I like form factor of FS100) and later buy some external recorder. Combo FS700+recorder(+media) is cheaper than FS5..I would buy recorder for FS5 in a future anyway.
What is the biggest question is image quality of HD. Is HD quality of combo similar to hd of FS5? In case I would use FS700 4K RAW recorded as HD on recorder.
Combo - aprox 5800$
FS5 - aprox 6700$
