FS7: Sony FS7 with Atomos Shogun - Accidentally turned SDI Off

Hi guys, my only video output is the Atomos Shogun and I accidentally turned my SDI Off on the Sony FS7, thus meaning I cannot access any image out of the camera.
Is there an easy way to default the system back so I have video out again?

Are you saying you don't have the monitor that came with it and just are using the Shogun as monitor and recorder?

I don't think you can reset the system without being able to access the menu which requires a monitor. What happened to the LCD that came with the FS7? Are both SDI outs off?

The rental company kept my monitor (for some strange reason) and so all I have is the Atomos. In my attempts to navigate the awful Sony menu layout I accidentally selected SDI off. So both aren't working.
Is there someone who knows where the menu defaults to when I turn the camera on and off again. As in, if you could specify that I have to go down four times, click right twice and then select, or some system like that for a blind man.

I would be pissed at the rental company for wasting your time and get a discount on the rental. Keeping an essential piece of gear behind is a bad way to run a business and their decision might cost you your shoot.

As long as the camera doesn't bring up the black balance request off the top... for me its

hit menu button.
4 down get you the Video Menu
Press Button to select
first option is Output On/Off so press wheel again to select
First option is SDI On/Off so press wheel again to select
Scroll wheel one up and press wheel to select on.

I'm not sure how this will work flying blind.

Display button toggles information on and off the screen. I'm not sure if that effects screen information on HDMI output.

Now, if you don't mind me asking, how do I adjust settings like fps, aperture, etc?
These menus are mind-bogglingly hard to navigate.

Yes they are typical Sony menus but that is why I make sure to set up a custom user menu of common items and assign things to various buttons. Good for owner operators hard on renters.

FPS - This is in User Menu under 'Rec Format'. This is where you choose the resolution and framerate (standard frame rates. Anything above 60fps is under S&Q)
Aperture - This can be adjusted with the grip dial (it is soooo slow as it adjusts in almost iris like increments) or assign it to the side dial for faster changes (Go to 'System' menu to change assignable buttons). I use mostly manual lenses so its not something I deal with a lot.

Are you shooting in Custom mode or Cine EI? There are some huge learning curves if your not familiar with Sony cameras (custom mode) or Exposure index modes (Cine EI)

Didn't end up shooting too much on this camera (as we also had the Amira).
Will be getting this camera again for 2 weddings in May as it is much easier on the shoulder and the wallet than the Amira.
Will check out Doug Jensen's videos before that.
