FS7: Sony FS7 focus magnification via HDMI or SDI?

[defrisco]

Is it possible to use focus magnification to a monitor via HDMI or SDI? I can't find a way to do that. Are there 3rd party monitors/viewfinders to fit VF plug outlet?

No to the first question, and probably no to the second question. I'm pretty sure there are no 3rd party devices that will connect to the proprietary EVF port, but you never know what someone might come up with.

Doug is right as usual. I honestly dont expect to see any third party VF for Sony VF connector.

Your best bet is to buy a monitor solution that includes focus magnification internally.

Great suggestion! Any recommendations for a monitor that would offer that in the 5-6 inch range? I attempted to search online for monitors that off the magnification feature but haven't found any that list that as a feature.
Thanks!

How about an Odyssey7?
