F5: Sony F5 + Odyssey 7Q - bad monitor picture quality

Hi,
i have a question again about F5 and Odyssey.

If i put the Odyssey 7Q on the F5 (HDMI or SDI on several channels) i have a very bad picture quality. It`s even so bad that a focus puller can`t see if
small objects are really sharp. There is some kind of pixilation and very very bad aliasing.

If i connect to other cameras (for example PMW 100 or EX1) it looks great!

Can anyone give me a hint?

Check to make sure the input on the odyssey matches the output setting on the camera. If its PSF to progressive it might be dumping half the data by expecting it to come later.

But i don`t understand....
The only option i can change is the "4:2:2 Source" -> I set it to "SONY OTHER"

Input @ Odyssey: 1080PSF but i can`t chance the F5 Output!

Why does it worl with other sony cameras? The output there is progressive too!

Contact Convergent Design directly. Go to their website and get tech support. They will get your settings sorted out. They have done this in the past, I'm sure they will do it now.
