Hi,
When we use the F3 with frame rate of 23.98fps (HQ1920/23.98P)NTSC, We are getting a shaky picture i.e slow response. We have kept the shutter speed at 1/48.
Can anybody guide us.

If you are used to shooting 24p and it looks shaky make sure that the Shutter button (bottom left) is set to on. You can set the shutter to 1/48 but it still need to be turned on.

What kind of monitor are using. The camera is prob fine, it's possibly your monitor not keeping up.
