Sony F3 with S-log shooting at 720p Slow mo?

Hi all, what's the story with slog and 720p? It seems that as soon as I switch from 1080p to any of the other options slog doesn't function. I'd rather not have to rent an Alexa for an upcoming shoot involving slow motion but I need the latitude given from the slog upgrade. Any ideas for shooting more than 25 frames per second on the f3? I've played with Twixtor as a test and it just doesn't make the cut for what I need.

Sorry, I should have said that I'm using a Gemini 444 to shoot either 444 or 422. I'm guessing that I'm out of luck if it's down to waiting for Convergent Design to update the box of tricks.
