F3: Sony F3 with Blackmagic Viewfinder HELP

Sony F3 with paid upgrade. I bought one years ago but due to a car crash followed by an ugly divorce i was not able to start building my rig until now. SO. I would kindly ask for your help guys. I bought from a renting company in Bucharest today a Blackmagic Viewfinder URSA. My problem is that i dont see to manage to get a signal from F3 to this EVF. I have also a Video Assist 5" recorder that i plug in the SDI A port. Today at the renting company we tried different setup ups to make it work but no luck. On the SDI OUT port ( not SDI A and B ) the rental guy put a Decimator converter/reader saying i was only output a 720 signal.
 
The Blackmagic viewfinder is designed to only work with the URSA cameras out-of-the-box, but I'm assuming you've modified it with third-party accessories and it's still not working?

As far as the Video Assist, if your camera's output really is 720p then try 720p/50/60 if possible as it appears there is no support for 720p/24/25.

If you can output 1080 via SDI, a signal should be available in all framerates.
