Sony PMW-F3 with S-Log picture profile installed (no RGB 4:4:4). Looking for an amazing camera to add to your kit or already have another F3 (like I do) and want a 2nd one for your kit? This is a great opportunity to pick one up on the cheap.
The image this camera delivers is stellar. Still a lot of capture and delivery done in 1080, don't let the fact that it's 1080 scare you off, you won't be disappointed with the picture quality. Capture in s-log picture profile to SxS cards or hook it up to a Black Magic Video Assist and capture 4:2:2 for additional control while color grading. You can also capture 1080p60 using the Video Assist - while I think in camera 60p tops out at 720?
The sensor is clean. The headphone jack works. Sensor cover/PL cap is included by can't see it in the photos.
1260 hours on the meter.
Known problems: The camera has been used in the field - it is not in mint condition, scratches, scuffs, gaff tape wrapped around the handle. The viewfinder does not work - but the lcd flip out screen does work just fine - plus you won't need either if using an external monitor, such as the Video Assist (which I use with my other F3). There is one screw missing on PL mount. I believe there is a broken pin on the PL mount. Considering electronics on PL lenses are super rare, I don't think that should be an issue for most. If you have electronic PL lenses, I'm guessing you would be looking for a much more expensive camera than this one anyway.
The camera works great, but it does not come with any accessories, no batteries, no chargers, no SxS cards, no lens adapters, no microphone.
