Clearly the RED was shot at ISO 250 or something? RED One/Epic/Scarlet always has magenta highlights at all ISOs up to around 1600, but the effect gets exponentially pronounced as you lower the ISO since the gamma curve has much less highlight compression and greater highlight contrast at lower ISOs. But the way ISO works on RED, it usually makes sense to ETTR and then ISO up if you are in a high contrast situation to preserve highlights. There is rarely any reason to shoot under ISO400 unless you are in a very low contrast environment or your highlights are well under control and you want super clean images. The recommended ISO800 has around 5stops of highlight DR, whereas ISO250 only has about 3...
I see the magenta highlights from RED cameras in professional videos all the time, that and the OLPF flares that look like a grid of pink dots are the easiest way to tell when something was shot on RED MX, but usually the magenta highlights are the much fainter kind you get shooting around ISO800 since that's what most people use. It is relatively easy to remove in post using RED's DRX function, though that bothers me because it affects your whole image to some degree and requires that you are processing your footage in software that supports that function. My working range for RED MX is usually ISO500-1250 depending on how much DR my highlights need and how much noise is tolerated.
