I liked the story and it held me till the end. The difference of the two cameras distracted me a little, but the story brought me back. This is a new web series that me and my production partner have been working on. Enjoy

Thank you for taking the time to watch and comment Dennis. This site has been a great resource and inspiration. Im glad that the story was enough to keep you interested. We are constantly working on the technical stuff and we struggled with releasing this knowing that we had some technical issues that we needed to address. In the end, we knew we have to start somewhere and just try to get better.Story is always king. We spend a lot of time here talking resolution, dynamic range,... but in the end story is always the most important in my books.
Having said that, technically here is what I noticed:
The dialouge is really good and very clear. The mixing is good, and the music queues are also well placed and thought out. Ok not so fast, @ 8:34 the audio is quite degraded from the rest of the quality. @ 9:03 we have echoing boomy sound in the closing scene.
I felt there were too many titles in the intro which detract from the seriousness of the scene. In my opinion the ending is a better place for so many credits but I know if can be a personal decision.
The differences in camera use are noticable if you look for it, but its not too bad. I've matched the F3 and GH2 before, its not impossible but you need someone who can spend time on the grade and get them matched up, and also select carefully which camera setup you shoot with which camera ie. use the GH2 for lower contrast scenes.
For lighting I think overall its pretty good. To light up your character in the car a bit during the opening scene you can put a silver reflector disc on the passenger seat and it would help lift up the shadows a bit. I know the DP was probably trying hard not to entirely blow the background and still expose for inside the car but an alternative would have been to just change the background by reorienting the scene (maybe use a building in the background out of focus, or even a hill or treeline, etc..)
I like the use of the trees to break up direct sun and this is a great idea to get into a more cinematic look.
@ 7:30 (after the surmen) we see some shadows going upwards on the wall. This can easily be avoided by placing the lighter higher up so the shadow goes down or even behind the actor(s). That scene might have been a bit too bright as well but it doesn't look bad.
Overall honestly great job, I know how much work goes into shooting anything doesn't matter how few scenes there are. So many factors, some of it goes unplanned and really I think you have the basis of something really good on your hands.
Great stuff,
