Sony EX3 shooting computer screen

I'm sure my question has been covered somewhere on here, but I can't seem to find a definite solution.

So here's my issue:

I need to shoot Talent in front of a large 70 inch Smartboard. It's an interactive display that you can draw on, etc. It runs on a PC....I can't eliminate the flicker no matter what I do. The Computer is outputting 1920X1080 60Hz. The camera is shooting 720p60 (59.94)

I've tried various shutter/iris combinations with no luck. I've turned the the "flicker reduce" setting but didn't notice a change. I assume the cause is the difference between the 60Hz and 59.94 frame rate. Do I need to get a 59.94 signal into the screen from the computer with hardware or software?

Has anyone dealt with this issue and found a solution?

It would be greatly appreciated if someone could help me with this.

Thanks!!

Ryan,
You say that you have tried various shutter settings, but you don't mention Extended Clear Scan (ECS), so I think it is safe to assume you have not tried it yet, right?
ECS is designed to fix the exact kind of problem you are experiencing because it allows you to fine-tune the shutter speed in very small steps and thus match the frequency of the display screen.
Go to the Shutter Speed menu and select it and then adjust the speed in very small increments until the flicker disappears. Sometimes you can't get rid of all if it, but usually you can.
It's all covered in my EX3 training DVD. http://www.vortexmedia.com/DVD_EX3.html
Please let me know if ECS does the trick.

BTW, ECS is also a great way for choosing shutter speeds that aren't normally available from the menus. For example, on my F800, I prefer to shoot almost everything at 1/80 and that would not be possible without ECS.
