Tough times right now. I'm selling my Sony EX1 for $4500. This includes battery, charger, installation CD, manual, 8GB memory stick, Lens Hood, Large Eye Cup , IR Remote Controller ,USB Cable. I am also selling the Letus Extreme for $500, so a total of $5000 altogether.

There is slight wear of letters on the camera and battery but all still very readable. Also the letus extreme has some outside wear and tear. However both are fully 100% guaranteed functional. I have had Sony repair the vignetting issue known to Sony EXI.

This is a great price because the EX1 is priced at $6000 now and the Letus Extreme is at $1000. That is a $2000 savings.

Will be shipping from Las Vegas, USA. We can discuss shipping options depending on your location. I can also send pictures of camera and above minor problems if interested.

I would not by any means call it a quantum leap. The image quality is the same between the EX1, EX1R and EX3. The EXR might perform a little better in low light but you will still have the IR issues plagued with the EX series. All other fixes are mostly superficial. I am not here to argue the differences. There are numerous threads on the subject.

Also the EX-R is S6300 at B&H. I am pricing the EX1 at 4500.
Here are a few more specs:
1. 103 hours on it
2. firmware 1.2

I might be interested in your Letus Extreme. When did you buy it? Is it optimized for the EX1, does it have the EX1 achromat?, etc. Which adapter(s) are you supplying with it, i.e. Nikon or Canon? Does it come with all the goodies Letus ships? You can PM me or reply in this forum so you don't have to answer the same questions from others.
