Hi all,
Im selling my Sony Ex1(universal camera - NO PAL/NTSC distinction) with normal Sony battery+charger, xtra Big Sony battery, 2 x 8 gig SxS cards, straps remotes and all the usual stuff that comes new with the camera.
The camera has not being used much (basically new) and is in VERY GOOD CONDITION - Only used personally by me and no rentals or anything. I have seriously looked after this thing like my own baby!!! Camera will be shipped boxed and packaged in its original box all nice n shiny
The camera has the latest firmware - totally updated with no vignetting issues and THE BACK-FOCUS IS BEING FIXED! Also there is a little paint rubbing off on the handle which is also being fixed at the moment by Sony.
Please note that I bought the camera locally thru AUTHORIZED SONY DEALERS here in South Africa - as a result Im not sure how much to sell it for internationally???... and theres the odd $200ish for priority shipping internationally.
This is tricky to get the price right - BnH are selling brand new for $6500 (so Im thinking $5500) which includes 1 x 8gig SxS card and the usual straps n stuff. Then theres the BIG Sony battery ($240 from BnH, my price - $180) and a 8gig SxS card ($500 from BnH, my price - $400)
FINAL TOTAL FOR EVERYTHING = $6000 ... and I will throw in FREE INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY (2-3 DAYS) SHIPPING VALUED AT $200 - $300
(I will post pics soon as I get the camera back from Sony)
Reason for selling - Im getting the new canon 5D markii AND saving a little cash on the side... PLEASE can we avoid the "thats not a good idea" chat because I know what Im getting into I dont feel like explaining myself thanks.
Here is the OFFICIAL list of what is included in the sale just for records -
