Hello,
I shot an event today with my EX1 and mostly kept the camera on for about 2 hours before noticing that on its widest lens setting I didn't seem to be getting focus on infinity. This was confirmed by the peaking pattern not showing up anywhere though I had some textured surfaces on which it must ve surely appeared.
The camera was pretty hot but that is to be expected (it was also hot in the room that I shot).
I turned the camera off-on and the problem was at least ameliorated it not solved (I also had a peaking pattern were earlier there was none).
Could it have been that the camera body heat up and somehow the lens elements or plastics or something could have moved ?
This is the first time I notice this but the camera has been used mostly with a Letus Ultimate on so this is not very relevant.
Thanks,
Mike
