Sony EX on Lie To Me

I just watched Lie To Me, Season 1, Episode 11 titled "Undercover." I have it on good authority that the opening sequence with the cop chase was shot on XDCAM-EX, most likely a pair of EX1s. The rest of the show is on 35mm film.
 
I know some folks on the crew. I'm trying to find out what profile they shoot with, filters, etc. It looks very good to me as well, but I'm only watching it on HULU at the moment.
 
If you watch at 2:05 on hulu, you catch a glimpse of the camera ops shadow. Can't see the ex1 outline unfortunately.
 
Well most shows are shot 35 still. I've caught hair in the gate a few times on Lie to Me. Which is a great show.

The EX series is really starting to pick up some ground in the TV world as of late.

Correction. Most GOOD shows are shot on 35. All the crappy reality shows and lower budget narrative shows are video.

But yeah, Lie to Me was cool tonight.
