FS7: Sony Catalyst Browse compatibility with Mac Catalina OS 10.15.2

Just received my new Mac Pro, installed Catalyst Browse, but it wont open, it tries to open two windows, one says "loading registration", but goes blank. Is there compatibility problems with Catalina 10.15.2 and Catalyst Browse?

I have tried to load the latest Catalyst Browse on my MacBook and I get a pop up screen saying" invalid license". Tried everything cannot get it to load. Any clue about what to do?

My old mac requires catalina (which it cant) to run davinci 16 - be warned - Im in a hard place choose - DR16 and lose some other stuff

One persons suggestion, which didnt work for me, was to was to hit shift and command while launching the app, you might want to try that...

I used shift and command on a Mac and it lead me to registration and the use of Browse.

So I disconnected from Wifi, and went offline, Catalyst Browse opened....I have a few computers at the house running the program, does anyone know the licensing, or why being online is affecting this?
