I have a Sony BVW-70 Betacam Recorder/Player which was used to transfer from beta into a NL editing system and then out to DVD's.
This unit has been offline for about 3 years but was kept indoors under climate control. I powered it up before listing and it does the following ... Tape loads, can be fast forwarded, rewound, shuttled & jogged but will not go into the play mode, an ERROR 3 comes up in the display and you have to power down and then push the eject button while powering up to get the tape out.
Anyone who knows this machine knows it's value. I have no idea if it is a problem that can be fixed so I am selling it AS IS for parts only unless you think you can repair it and get this unit at a great price.
This unit must be picked up (Miami Area) ... I will not ship it so don't ask me please. Entertaining ALL reasonable offers
Asking (AS IS) 250.00 OBO Call 305-898-1001 if you are seriously interested (please no calls after 9 pm thank you)
