Sony AX100: settings for Africa. Flat profile?

Hi, is some days I will reach Africa and I will reach a remote place where there is a lot of light and there aren't trees. How can I configure my Sony AX100? Maybe with a flat profile? But what precise settings please? Thanks

I'd be interested to know if there is a "flat" profile, too...I have the 1080p version (CX900).
