Sony A7sII: Native ISO and shooting Slomotion

I've heard that the new A7sII has a native ISO of 1600. Does this mean its always preferred to shoot at ISO 1600 to get the best image? If so how crucial is it should I be going out of my way to shoot at 1600 ISO?

For Slo Motion, I heard there was a way preview in camera your Slo Motion shots so that they play back in slo motion. I can't figure this one out. Anyone know how this works?

In HFR mode, the camera converts the video to the "normal" fps you pre-specify (60 fps, 30 fps, 24 fps in NTC) in advance. Thus, the video plays back in slow motion in the camera, depending on the fps you chose to shoot at and the frame rate you chose for the video. For 1080 120fps, that is treated just like any other frame rate - the video has audio and will play back at normal speed in the camera. If you want to make a slow motion video from the 120 fps video, you have to do it in post.
