Sony A7S Timelapse Help

Is there a way of switching to a silent shutter when shooting with the A7S Timelapse app? I have Silent Shutter turned for stills and works very smoothly, but what about shooting timelapses?
 
Sorry, I should have been more clear- This isn't my time-lapse, I just found it surfing around the net tonight.
In the description darwinfish105 mentions using silent shutter mode for this piece. So there you have it!!
