Sony A7S Tilta Camera Cage RASH

First, I bought this cage in the spring before the wedding season arrived. It's truly a great cage and it fits the camera perfectly, a little too perfectly. I left the camera in the cage for a few months as I worked each gig. It functions so flawlessly that there isn't much need to ever take it out of the cage. When I did, I noticed a minor issue. The top part of the cage rubs off the camera and actually scratched the paint off on both sides of the viewfinder housing. Not a big deal, but something I will have to fix.

Secondly, after using this setup this summer I know see the need for the shoulder rig and follow focus. But as a newbie, I'm not quite sure which one I need, or would work best with this cage. I was attaching a Manfrotto quick release plate to the very bottom of the rig so I could place it on a tripod, but would also end up getting twisted because it's only attached by one screw. Can anyone tell me what plate I need for the bottom of this thing? And which shoulder rig is best suited?

I have attached some pictures to show my rig as it was at the start of the summer and the rash it got.

Thanks

For the baseplate, you can either get an Arri dovetail baseplate, or just use two screws.

Will that plate slide into the two groves seen in the first pic? That's really what I'm looking for, I'd like to make use of the locking mechanism that you can see on the right side of that pic.
