Sony A7S ii + Odyssey 7q+ and Metabones

Hi,

Having issues setting up a Sony A7s ii, Odyssey 7Q+, Metabones (ef - e mount) with full frame lenses. Looking to record 4k (UHD) prores to the odyssey.
I'm getting a serious vignetting in 4K mode (it won't let me do super35 in 4K), is there no way of correcting this?
Is my only option to shoot 1080, super 35 to avoid the vignette? Or will Sony full frame e-mount lenses solve this and allow external 4K prores?

I have watched the setup video on CD's website.

I assume the vignetting is from your metabones adapter? What lenses are you using? What adapter? I guess you probably know the vignetting is something you can fix by using a different lens or adapter.

Otherwise, you should still be able to use 4k and do a custom crop in camera by using the clear image zoom in camera (it's just called "zoom" in camera). Set the camera to UHD and turn on the zoom and zoom to the level you need to get rid of the vignetting. This will lose sharpness just as any digital crop/zoom would, but maybe not as much as shooting 1080p S35 as long as you aren't zooming more than 1.5x.

Yes the vignette is from the metabones. I have both a speedbooster and the standard ef-e adaptors. Using full frame Rokinon DS primes.
My assumption is you can't use EF mount lenses on the e mount camera in 4K, as its full frame- no super35 option in 4K.
I'll look into the zoom option.
 
I am shooting full frame with full frame lenses, but it still vignettes. The metabones is the standard ef-e mount. No optics. Rokinon DS FF primes.
The zoom function has worked with a x1.3 crop to clean it up. I believe the A7Rii offers 4K super35, so that's one thing going for it.
It would be great if the Odyssey could offer a zoom function in the future?

Sorry the previous post was meant to read 'A7Rii offers 4K super35' not 'A7Sii'.
I believe the adaptor is a mark 3, but not 100% sure. Shot half a day today with the A7sii into the Odyssey 4K to Prores, using the zoom A7Sii function as Noah suggested- x1.3 crop. Very happy with the pictures, resolution is still impressive. Second half of the day was with my FS700 into the Odyssey -4K to HD Prores. Hard to tell them apart!
