hi, I have a metabones adaptor I have used with my a7r, then my a7s and now I am using an a7rmk2 with it. It works really well but often doesn't get seen by the camera.
My solution is to take the lens adaptor off camera and then put it back on then it solves it till next time.
But i am wanting to hold heavy lenses, so have been looking at a few solutions like the prime circle cage that holds the metabones solidly. One solution is the lock circle solution (theres a cage version coming out soon too) or movcam.
What I am worried about is what do I do when the mount causes problems- I just can't remove the mount easy. how else can the mount be reset? sometimes the metabones won't work when you turn the camera on and you have to remove the adaptor- this is tricky if its completely locked down.
anyone here have any ideas?
cheers paul
