Can you use this lens in crop mode or digital zoom mode to get more reach?
Is this a satisfactory solution to getting closer to 200mm

Also wondering how close the color match and look could be done with this camera when trying to combine with 4k footage from a DVX200? Or is this a bad idea?
 
So you can use both crop mode and digital zoom on any lens. I can't tell the difference between 4k modes on FF or crop except for low light.

For really long shots I'll shoot crop-mode with up to 1.5x digital zoom on top of it. Turns the 28-135mm into a 28-300mm in a pinch.
