Sony A7 / A7r (not A7S) Question

For the A7 and A7R (not A7S), do they have uncompressed HDMI out?

AND does it have volume meters while recording and can we adjust the volume as we are recording similar to the A7S?

Sold my A7 last week, I don't know about the answer to your first question...but I do know the answer for the 2nd question.
A7 has has audio meter, peaking and zebra, but doesn't have picture profile and silent shutter. The uppermost usable ISO for filming is 3200 (6400 only if necessary)

Does it have picture adjustments at least like sharpness, contrast, saturation...etc?

Yeah there is a creative style option that give you different profile like b/w, sepia, vivid, neutral, with parameter like contrast, saturation, sharpness within.

Yes, and I would use my Flaat-for-5N settings, since the parameters you get to play with are the same ones and they seem to work in the same way.
