Sony a6500 - zoom lens or speedbooster for my nikon 24-70?

I have the sony a6500 for video and a nikon d750 for photos. Since sony wont make a 24-70 equivalent (16-50 2.8) I need a zoom lens that is better than all their f4 zooms.

1. So is there a speedbooster that will adapt my tamron 24-70 to my a6500?

2. Will this give you an extra stop of light as well as reduce the focal length something closer to 16 or 18mm? (like when you adapt a full frame lens to a panasonic m43 lens?

No point of buying the sony 24-70 g master when 24mm is not wide enough for my a6500. I need a zoom that is 2.8 or faster with working auto focus, and dont want the sigma 18-35 because that is not enough of a zoom.

3. So IF i can get my tamron adapted and get that extra stop of light like speedboosters work for Panasonic m4/3 adapters, how is the autofocus for photo and video?

4. Any other lenses i'm missing? Anyone have a go to for shallow depth of field photos besides primes and f4 lenses?

If the Tamron 24-70 can be used for full frame cameras, using the metabones speed booster ultra on the a6500 with it will turn it into an approx 17 - 50mm (it's a .71 focal reducer). And yes - it will also give you an extra stop of light.
