It's not as sexy as the rest of the posts on this site, but I had to shoot some cooking in tuscany for an upcoming documentary and was looking to get some feedback. Not a lot of CC. What do you folks think (be brutally honest!)

Looks good man. I was expecting a lesson from it. It would be cool if you can put the steps in text. like 1. do this and this...thden 2. this and this. Just an idea.

Looks good though. I wish I could taste it. Looks nasty, but I saw how it was made so it looks cool to try.
 
Thanks...definitely looking more for criticism on the look...it is not a finished product and will eventually have the text showing you the steps (by the way, it's a tortellini of sauteed nettles and parmesan cheese with sauteed sweet garlic on top!).
