Last 18 months I have been working on the development on GAMP, which is amongst other things is a workflow application.
One of those we have been working with is NRK (the Norwegian Broadcast Corporation), and how to simplify multicam projects consisting of a gazillion XDROOT projects.
GAMP recognizes the production date from the magazine, and if the clips on the F-55 (or the other sony cameras) follow this naming convention:
A013C001_150821LK
Where A013=Magazine
C001 = clip
150821 = Date (2015, August, 21st)
We automatically generate a "Roll-directory" on copy:
So this would be:
SONY_F_55/2015-08-21/A013/XDROOT
GAMP is also the fastest secure copy app NRK has ever worked with, and has a lot of other neat features.
We are releasing it these days at:
http://gamp.io
And if you like to try it for free, use the:
GAMP2016
Cupon code when registering
We also have an early adopter offer here, if you decide you like it.
For now, I am mostly looking for feedback and reactions to the software.
GAMP also has a pretty neat assisted logging feature
Tutorials are here:

Looking forward to thoughts and ideas
Cheers
