{ someday's dusk } promo

Very cool. It gave a feeling that is opposite to the expected, somewhat frenetic normal scene of kids playing in water. And it wasn't just due to the slo-mo -- images, pacing, music and sparse use of kid's audio blended nicely to that effect. Definitely left me curious and wanting to see more.

Am trying to visualize what it would have looked like if shot 720p at 1/125 and then conformed to 24. That would have given buttery smooth slo-mo, but may have had a totally different feel and maybe not what you were looking for.

Thanks tflak.

Actually, i wanna try the quality to the GH13 in 1080P. I have no ideas slow it down when i shooting. But thanks your suggestion :)

Yes, I noticed that you shot in 1080p. Normally do the same. However, 720p at 1/125 for things you know will end up in slo-mo is great. And scaling up to 1080 usually results in acceptable quality - which would be especially true for something like your promo where it's a stylized look to begin with.

BTW - Sam, you might want to post this in the GH13 thread http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/forumdisplay.php?208-GH13-Footy-Grabs - it will probably get more notice there.
