Yes you can. In the menu, somewhere, you can assign differents functions to the 6 assignables buttons (sorry I don't have the camera with me at the moment, can't tell you the specific menu). On of the functions you can assign is the type of preset white balance. I put that option on one button, so now when my white balance switch is on preset, pushing the button I have assigned to W/B preset toggle betweeen daylight, tungsten, and manual (in kelvin).
