For sale is this Cavision Matte Box and Rail Kit.

It is in excellent condition and was previously used on a DVX100a. Camera has 2 rotating trays for 3x3 filters.

I don't know the specifications of the A1 and am too lazy too look it up right now. The specs on the matte box state that it is designed to Lens Fit and Mount: Clamp On 52-82mm (with appropriate adapter rings) or with Cavision Rods Support

Whether that means that it will work for your exact unit, I'm not sure.

The XH-A1 has a 72mm lens. FYI. And a lot of lenses are 52mm if you're using a 35mm adapter.
 
Yeah, that should work on the Canon XHA1. The backmount opening is 85mm, so your going to need a step down ring AR82-72, unless Jeremy already has it. If you were using it with the DVX-100 you should have the conical ring - AR85-72, which should also work fine for the XHA1.
