Software upgrade version 1.09

I just upgraded my firmware to version 1.09 and according to the camera everything was fine.

However, when I go and check the properties menu it still indicates that the firmware rev is 1.07.

Hmmm.... is this normal ?

Camera seems to work OK, but...
 
Doesn't sound like it took. I think my upgrade was to version 1.08. All it did was make E cards work better as far as I know.
 
Never mind finally got it. You must put ONLY the private folder on the SD card that is formatted by the camera. Held my mouth right this time.

Note to self, read the english as she is spoken directions more carefully next time.
