So who makes the D5300 sensor?

From these two threads on Dpreview http://www.dpreview.com/forums/thread/3561765 http://www.dpreview.com/forums/thread/3561836 we can clearly see that contrary to what most of us thought it is a different sensor. From the first samples shots it seems that the banding has gone. But have we gone back to the typical moire/aliasing line skipping sensor from Sony for video. My guess was that it would be the Toshiba sensor, but it seems it's not: the sensor package looks completely different. The dxomark results look basically identical to the D7100, but being a different sensor, there's no way to guess how video performance will be, until we see some samples. Maybe line-skipping is back, or maybe it's not. We'll see...
