Hi all,
Do you all have Vegas 32bit also installed just to use Magic Bullet? Or do you color grade otherwise?
Thanks

sorry, i just color grade in Vegas. could never justify the cash for MBL. hope you get a more qualified answer though...interested.

I just corrected a 30 minute short in MBL on Vegas with windows 7 64bit.

Did you mean with the 64 bit version of Vegas? Because this was on Vegas 7 which is 32bit obviously.

@William yes I meant Vegas 9 64bit, I get confused

@Chris I can surely get what I want with Vegas. It's just that I'm a total beginner and MBL seemed maybe a little more user friendly.
But it would definitely be best if I learned how to do it with the tools available in Vegas.
Thanks

I have both 64 and 32 bit vresions of Vegas installed, but certainly not just for MBL. I have access to codecs in 32bit that I don't in 64bit, along with other plug-ins.

While I won't say that Vegas can't do what MBL can do, it would take in inordinate amount of time to perform the same tasks in Vegas. Hours in some cases instead of minutes per frame.

That's what I had imagined.
Anyway, I have more important issues than grading right now: shaky footage, bad composition, discovering too late that I should have shot more of some things and less of others...
